- Continuously distilled in column stills
- Unique triple-aging process: the aguardiente (sugar cane spirit) is aged for 4 years in casks, the rums are blended with an average age of 15 year between them, and finally, everything is placed in casks for 6 months to refine the blend
- Matured in bourbon casks and sherry casks
