• 4 cl pink grapefruit juice
• 1 cl ginger syrup

Receipe:

In a shaker filled with ice cubes:
Pour in the ingredients
Shake vigorously
Pour in a julep cup filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit
